Only about 4-5 pages of this 9 page book actually deals with handling of fear, but the condensed information is helpful. I wouldn't say there isn't much in the way of groundbreaking advice, but it is a handy one-stop source if you ever are feeling fearful. There are some examples of prayers a person could say and some Bible verses as well.For 99 cents, I would recommend it.
